It's been six month since Joan Zara Oghenegare Vote landed on the surface of this world. She was born into the family of Victor & Edith Vote.
Named after her grand foster mother Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpor, hence the name Junior Joan Zara Vote. Joan was named Oghenegare by her foster father Peter Mrakpor eight days after her birth.
Joan since then has been a smart, strong and ever growing girl under the canopy of Jesus Christ.
